Back by popular demand for the third time we challenge you to test your senses and guess the ingredients

Dining in the dark originated in Zurich, Switzerland, with the opening of the first dark restaurant in 1999 by Jorge Spielmann, who was blind. The main idea of dining in the dark is to heighten our other senses, which supposedly can help to enhance our gastronomic pleasure.
Our in-house catering team invite you to join them for a sensory and culinary event which provides a rare and unique dining experience in our Club that will take you on a journey of taste to test your senses.
A full briefing on how the evening will work will be given prior to your dining experience and some courses will involve wearing an eye mask.
5 courses of Norfolk provenance with worldwide flavours.
Full bar available.
If you have any dietary requirements, please call us on either 01603 252123 or 252161.
Please also contact us if you are part of a larger party booking so that we can seat you altogether on one or more tables.
Dining in the Dark was a weird and wonderful experience. Eating delicious food without a clue what’s in your plate is certainly bizarre but Chef did a fantastic job on all courses, with some very unique tastes, some more preferable than others but when the Chef has the opportunity to chuck in a few surprises, that’s to be expected! He was very engaging throughout the evening, and was clearly very invested in the evening, not shying away in the kitchen but ensuring everyone was having a relaxed and fun evening. The staff serving on the evening did very well, making us all feel welcome as though they wanted our experience to be the best it could be, made especially difficult by not being able to see very well and having only a small torch to serve our courses! A very memorable experience and top quality food. Loved it and cannot wait to go again! Jodie Will
