Dale Storr is a highly respected UK pianist known for his mastery of New Orleans-style piano. Inspired from a young age by rhythm and blues and rock ’n’ roll, he developed a deep passion for the music of New Orleans and studied the styles of legendary pianists. After building a strong reputation in Sheffield as a sought-after accompanist for major blues artists, he launched his solo show “Sounds of New Orleans” in 2008. Since then, he has performed widely across the UK and Europe, impressing audiences with both his playing and his engaging storytelling about the history and colorful characters of New Orleans music.
