Step behind the scenes at Norwich Theatre Royal for Heritage Open Days on Saturday 12 September, 10am–3pm.
Book on to join us for a Norwich Theatre History Talk followed by a tour of our iconic 1930s auditorium, and discover the story of this much-loved cultural landmark through engaging talks, tours, photographic displays and archive materials.
Explore the building’s evolution through posters, programmes and playbills, enjoy a fabulous costume display, chat with archivists and long-standing volunteers, and uncover theatre traditions and superstitions along the way.
Price: Free to attend, but places must be booked.
Age recommendation: All ages welcomed, children must be supervised by an adult.
