Nic Jones’s groundbreaking guitar style and emotive singing inspired generations of musicians. Though his career was cut short by a car accident in 1982, his influence endures; Nic’s masterpiece album Penguin Eggs is treasured more than forty years on.
Hailed by Jon Boden as “the finest English-style fingerpicking guitarist of his generation,” Sam brings Nic’s timeless songs back to the stage for one season only; a rare chance to hear this remarkable repertoire live.
