TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
1. If you’re using a QR scanner other than ‘Scan’, check to see if there’s an ‘Open in Safari / Open in Browser option. Usually at the bottom of the app.
2. Are you connected to the internet? The passesare on a web page, so you must have internetcoverage.
3. Are you using a different type of phone? Then you’re screwed. Soz. Not really - take the good ol' fashioned paper version of the coupon from the magazine in to the participating venue.
