Breaking Sound launch party @ Waterfront

Bloody awesome.

Breaking Sound launch party @ Waterfront

New night Breaking Sound hit Norwich like the kicking hoofs of a mule. Their launch featured four local acts. Matt Selfe kicked the night off and he didn’t mess around, going straight to 11 with his unique blend of electronic pop tunes and indie pop guitar riffs. The podium erupted with indie funk and rock from Secret From Richard, who have so many sides to their sound that the aforementioned ‘secret’ in their name could literally be anything. Plus they’re from Attleborough, so that earns them 400 cool points from me; they really are good. Hello Bear proved that three heads are even better then one; these fuzzy bunch delivered rock, indie, sadcore, fun and power, all with a consistent pop undertone to a crowd letting it all out! Mighty Lamb will not be silenced, so get involved before you become that person that didn’t know about Breaking Sound. Get some cool points for yourself at the next Breaking Sound on June 23rd at Open, Norwich. If the launch party was anything to go by, it’s gonna be bloody awesome!
