After the stresses and strains of a full working day, it’s sometimes hard to unwind naturally (sinking a whole bottle of red doesn’t count!). Kerry Radley knew how hard it was to calm her mind before she took up yoga in her 20s. Like many heroic women, she juggled a demanding career, became a mother of three and had to deal with the emotional drain of losing her mother and coping with post-natal depression. Yoga was her saviour.

Fifteen years later, Kerry is now more than qualified to instruct, with her studies in physiology, anatomy and her diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga making her a sound mind and a safe pair of hands on the subject. Kerry is now sharing the secrets in her after-work class on Mondays. Her aim is for people to drop in on their way home and to release the tensions they might have built up during the day. She says, “The class is on a Monday so it could also help people get back on form after the weekend, as well as to help with body shape, strength and flexibility.”

The class runs at the Reiyukai Martial Arts Centre on Duke St, Norwich from 5:30-7:00pm, but Kerry also runs classes in Salhouse, Wroxham and Sprowston. For more info call 01603 784705 or email kerryradley@sky.com
