Low Lights- Challenges of working with some of the Public Sector

In the final print of Outline I have given some of my highlights whilst at Outline. The final print edition was very mch aimed at a celebration of Norwich and Outline's invovlement
Inevtiably there have also been low points and here are a few.
Furthern detaills will be added to these section on Thursday 21st October. I realsie that my view is biased so would love, and in fact, need your comments to give this page a reflection on how we think these bodies perform
