Nero – The Thrill (Porter Robinson Remix)
Porter Robinson, after his eruption of Worlds, has made his statement in the world of electronic music and has taken a brand new turn on Nero’s latest single. From the beautiful atmospheric sounds to the 8-bit sounding synths it puts a very retro contrast to an energetic and heavy original. The retro and atmospheric feel compliments Alana Watson’s incredibly unique voice. The drop of the track adds to the energy and this release of energy from an atmospheric start is a signature of Porter’s new style; it suddenly hits you in a way that electronic music doesn’t tend to hit you at the moment. Clearly this is why Porter Robinson took Coachella by storm with his music and previewing this new remix. Overall, if you enjoy electronic music or EDM and want a change this will hit in a way you haven’t experienced yet with electronic music.
