Although those special few of you with some cash left to burn, especially those of you with crutches and absent seasonal fathers may have thought this might be a cheery review of a band called ‘Mir-ac-l-es’, let me guide you towards the light in a Grinch-like fashion. There's no better place to start then the pronunciation of the artist, going a little something like this ‘Mil-ahh-gris’, so not as Christmassy as first presumed. For the open-minded, more lateral thinking of you Outline regulars that have made it through the skimming of my ridonculous review so far, on to the album itself; this album ain't so bad - not so bad at all actually. It’s not amazing and I can surely say it will not change my life, but I cant tell a lie and say its bad in the same sentence. Let me break it down, it’s an album playing in a wine bar… you can't hear it fully although you wouldn’t complain about it, you don’t know who it is but you’re still enjoying it and can enjoy it for its entirety. So hell, if you're in the market for some non-confrontational background music, then this ‘Glowing Mouth’ album will be the one to steadily kick your New Year off with. 5/10 Nawaza
