Floorboy

Floorboy is the musical incarnation of Jim Smith. Usually seen playing in and around the fine city of Norwich as a solo act, and on occasion with a handful of local musicians who add their own brilliance to his songs. Floorboy writes introspective songs that deal with the emotions, addictions and insecurities of a small town boy who is reluctantly becoming a man. The song "River's End" was recently featured on "Fresh On The Net" with Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music and is also available as a free download as part of the leftturn4records summer mixtape.
