Gaffa Tape Sandy Formed in 2015 by three friends with a desire to do something loud and exciting, GAFFA TAPE SANDY’s popularity quickly escalated thanks to a series of incendiary live shows and a seemingly endless succession of instantly memorable garage-punk/rock tunes. The Bury St Edmunds outfit’s brand of giddily frantic, high-octane hyper rock ‘n’ roll has already landed them support slots with acts including IDLES, Peace, SuperGlu, Bloody Knees and Indoor Pets. Swimsuit Competition Swimsuit competition are a 4 piece Indie-rock band formed in summer 2018. Their debut single 'Honey' has been called a 'ferocious indie banger' by Lock magazine. The band is comprised of previous solo artist Amber Scott, Michael Illingworth previously of Drive, Toby Scott, and Gaz Burney of Dingus Kahn. The band members individual previous accomplishments already include performances at Latitude and Reading festivals as well as at The Royal Albert Hall, making the band an exciting prospect going into 2019. Rubber Jaw Rubber Jaw are a three piece from Elmstead Market, Essex. Their debut single, 'Feeling Funny' recently caught the eye of legendary music mogul Alan McGee and has since been the first release on his new record label Creation 23. Their sound is comprised of lingering vocals, claustrophobic beats, weeping digital guitar effects, synthesised basses and striking visuals. With interests that span from Art Rock and Hip-Hop to 80’s wrestling promos and David Lynch, Rubber Jaw are part of the emerging sound of Essex that has been crawling its way back down the A12 into the suburbs of East London. With an ever-evolving DIY sound they are are hard to corner, however some have christened the movement ”Homemade Art House”. After playing various support slots with the likes of The Wytches, Tigercub, VANT, Peace and Allusinlove, as well as a few headline shows, We'll Be Detectives have developed a unique and heavy live sound as well as recently releasing their 'Strange Illusion' EP."
