Palma Violets - Danger in the Club
I really can't see any room for disappointment with this classic grunge album
Palma Violets have stayed relatively quiet over the past couple years which has left fans craving more music. Well, finally, the wait is over. 'Danger In The Club' has an edgy and kicking album cover and title, making their previous album '180' seem almost innocent. Danger In The Club really feels like Palma Violets is finally making a stand as to what they are all about. Their boozy terminology and reckless guitar riffs prominent within Secrets of America and Matador are dynamic and ruthless; it's as if they’re keen to show you their world of club nights, drinking and plain out rock’n'roll. We bloody love it! The high anticipation of fans after the teaser of the single, Danger In The Club really highlighted the overwhelming support for Palma Violets and I really can't see any room for disappointment with this classic grunge album. If you were lucky enough to have caught Palma Violets in Norwich last week, the reaction to this album was absolutely mental and definitely set a whole new definition to Palma Violets.
